Front coilover for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor. This is a FOX 3.0 Series internal bypass unit with a 2 inch lift built in, made to float the truck over rough terrain instead of crashing through it. Dual Speed Compression adjustment means you set it up for how you actually run the truck.

Why Upgrade to an Internal Bypass Coilover

Per FOX, here is what the internal bypass 3.0 Series changes:

• Internal bypass lets oil flow around the piston at some points of the stroke and builds heavy pressure at others. On the trail that reads as soft through the middle of the travel and firm where the truck needs holding up, the feel of near-endless suspension travel.
• Dual Speed Compression adjustment sits on top of the race-developed shock piston and the bypass. You tune it for the truck's weight, the terrain and the speed you run, rather than living with one fixed setting.
• A 2 inch front lift is built into the coilover itself, so the height comes with the damper rather than from a separate spacer or spring swap.
• Aluminum body, cactus cooler reservoir and a 7/8 inch shaft with redundant seals, proven in harsh environments under tough conditions. [VERIFY: body diameter for this part number, the title says 3.0 Series and the copy lists 3- and 2.5-inch bodies.]

Install and Honest Talk

This replaces the front coilover on the Raptor. Check the included instructions for what carries over from the stock setup, what torque the mounting bolts need and whether anything else has to come off to get it in. The honest part: the compression adjusters are a feature, not a set-and-forget. FOX built them to be tuned for weight, terrain and speed, so plan on spending time dialing them in before the truck feels right. A 2 inch lift up front also raises the nose, so check the instructions for whether an alignment is called for and whether the rear needs matching parts to keep the truck level.

Orders over $99 ship free by ground to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are not included; shipping to those addresses is calculated at checkout. Some oversize or heavy parts (long-tube exhausts, bumpers, full lift kits) go freight instead of parcel: free to a commercial address with a loading dock, and residential freight delivery carries an additional charge.

When it ships

Parts ship direct from the distributor warehouse that stocks them, so dispatch timing depends on the part, not on a single cutoff. You get a confirmation with tracking as soon as it leaves, and tracking shows the delivery estimate for your address. If a part is backordered we email you an expected availability date.

Missing or damaged items

Report a short shipment or shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery. For a packing error, send us the date or package code printed on the label along with the part number so we can trace it with the warehouse.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
