Warranty

Anything Coyote does not manufacture the parts we sell. We are an authorized dealer for the brands you see on our site, which means every part is covered by that manufacturer's warranty, not a warranty we invent. Here is how that works, what is covered, and how we help when something goes wrong.

Who warranties your parts

The manufacturer does. When you buy a Corsa exhaust, a set of Eibach springs, or any other brand from us, that brand stands behind the part under its own warranty. We do not add to or take away from those terms. What we do is get you the right part and help you deal with the manufacturer if a warranty issue comes up.

Warranty terms vary by brand

There is no single warranty that covers everything on the site, because every manufacturer sets its own. Some parts carry a limited lifetime warranty, others a set number of years, others a shorter period. The specifics live with the manufacturer and, where provided, on the product page or in the paperwork that ships with the part. If you want to confirm the exact terms before you buy, reach out through our support page and we will track them down.

Damaged, defective, or wrong on arrival

This is different from a warranty claim, and we handle it directly. If your order shows up damaged, defective out of the box, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of delivery through our support page. We will make it right with a replacement or a return, and we cover the shipping when the problem is on us or the carrier.

A few things that help us move fast:

  • Inspect the box and the part when it arrives.
  • Keep all packaging until you know the part is right.
  • If a freight or LTL shipment arrives with visible damage, note it with the driver and photograph it before you sign.
  • Send us photos and your order number so we can act without back and forth.

Starting a warranty claim

For a defect that shows up after the part has been in use, the claim runs through the manufacturer, and we help you through it. Contact us through our support page with your order number, the part, and a short description or photos of the issue. Depending on the brand, we either open the claim with the manufacturer for you or point you to their process and stay in the loop. Manufacturers usually decide claims on their own timeline and terms, so we set honest expectations up front rather than promising an outcome we do not control.

What warranties generally do not cover

Coverage is for defects in materials and workmanship. Most manufacturer warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including finish wear on some parts.
  • Improper installation, or damage caused during installation.
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, or damage from a related failure.
  • Modification of the part after purchase.
  • Racing, competition, or off-road use, unless the manufacturer specifically allows it.
  • Labor, installation costs, towing, downtime, or other related expenses.

Off-road and competition parts

Some parts are labeled by the manufacturer for off-road or competition use only. Those parts often carry limited or no warranty when used on a street-driven vehicle, and using them on public roads can carry legal and emissions consequences. See our Emissions and Environmental Notice before you buy anything in that category.

Installation and labor

Manufacturer warranties cover the part itself, not the labor to install or remove it and not any related costs. Have parts installed by someone qualified, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and keep your records. Improper installation is one of the most common reasons a claim gets denied, and it is avoidable.

Returns are not the same as warranty

If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong part, or want to send something back, that is a return, and it follows our returns policy rather than this page. Warranty is specifically for a defect in a part you kept and used. If you are not sure which one you need, ask us and we will sort it out.

The short legal version

Anything Coyote makes no separate express or implied warranty on the products it sells beyond the warranty offered by each manufacturer. All warranty coverage, and any decision on a warranty claim, rests with the manufacturer of the part. Our role is to help you get the right part and to help you reach the manufacturer when you need to.
