Most orders move fast. Once it leaves our hands it usually lands on your doorstep in a few days. We try to ship quicker than you can find your 10 millimeter socket.

Yes. Orders over $99 ship free by ground to the lower 48 states. Under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout for your address.

Absolutely. Once your order ships you will get a tracking number so you can refresh it twenty times like the rest of us.

Not yet. We are keeping delivery simple for now while we focus on getting parts out lightning fast within the United States.

If the order has not shipped yet we can usually update it. If it already left our building it is in the hands of the delivery gods. Contact Support right away and we will do what we can.

If something does not fit your build or you changed your mind we will fix it. Just make sure the item is unused and in good condition.

Once we process your return it usually takes three to five business days to show in your account depending on your bank.

If it is used installed or beat up we cannot take it back. Think of it like returning a burger with one bite missing.

Your card is pre authorized when you order. We capture payment when your parts ship.

Usually it is an address mismatch. Make sure your billing info matches exactly what your bank has on file. Yes even the apartment number matters.
