General

Are you real car people or corporate actors?

We are real. We turn wrenches scrape knuckles and forget where we put tools like everyone else.

Do you price match?

Usually yes. If you find a better price send it our way and we will give it a real shot.

Do you install parts?

Not at the moment but we can walk you through what to expect. Our tech crew has made every mistake first so you do not have to.

Where are you located?

We operate out of Texas and ship across the United States. Think southern hospitality but with louder exhaust.

Can I talk to someone who knows cars?

Yes. Our support team actually works on their own cars so we can help without sounding like a script.

Is Anything Coyote an official Ford partner?

No. We are independent enthusiasts. We just love these cars more than is probably healthy.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Perfect for friends family and anyone who keeps forgetting to return your tools.

Do you sponsor builds or events?

Sometimes. If the project or event has the right vibe reach out and we can talk.

Are you going to judge my build?

Never. We respect anyone who turns wrenches even if the project is held together by hope zip ties and caffeine.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders move fast. Once it leaves our hands it usually lands on your doorstep in a few days. We try to ship quicker than you can find your 10 millimeter socket.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over twenty bucks ship free. If your cart is under twenty dollars your shipping is cheaper than your morning coffee.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships you will get a tracking number so you can refresh it twenty times like the rest of us.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We are keeping delivery simple for now while we focus on getting parts out lightning fast within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the order has not shipped yet we can usually update it. If it already left our building it is in the hands of the delivery gods. Contact us right away and we will do what we can.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If something does not fit your build or you changed your mind we will fix it. Just make sure the item is unused and in good condition.

How do I start a return?

Reach out to our team and we will get you set up. It is easier than getting coilovers to stop squeaking.

How long do refunds take?

Once we process your return it usually takes three to five business days to show in your account depending on your bank.

Can I return something after installing it?

If it is used installed or beat up we cannot take it back. Think of it like returning a burger with one bite missing.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We are not that kind of store.

Payments

What payment methods do you take?

We accept major credit cards PayPal Venmo and Affirm. We like options and we know you do too.

Do you charge my card right away?

Your card is pre authorized when you order. We capture payment when your parts ship.

Why is my payment not going through?

Usually it is an address mismatch. Make sure your billing info matches exactly what your bank has on file. Yes even the apartment number matters.

Can I use multiple cards for one order?

No. Our system does not allow that and honestly it gets messy fast.
