This page explains how payments refunds and order cancellations work at Anything Coyote. If you ever have questions our team is right here and we will treat you like someone who actually has a project in the garage not like a ticket number.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards from the United States including Visa Mastercard Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal Venmo and Affirm for online purchases. If you need to use a money order you can get a quote from our team before placing the order.
We cannot accept C O D personal checks international credit cards or multiple cards used together on a single order. Anything Coyote is not responsible for overdraft fees or finance charges that may happen on your bank account. We recommend keeping at least enough room in your account for that new cold air intake you have been eyeing.
Refunds
We work hard to process refunds quickly. Most refunds show back in your account within three to five business days after we process them. We do not control how long your bank takes to release the funds so times may vary. For exact timing you will need to reach out to your bank directly.
Canceling Your Order
Your card is pre authorized at the time of purchase. We do not collect payment until your order ships. If you cancel before shipment the pre authorization will expire and the funds will return to your account within three to five business days depending on your bank. Once again this timing is set by your financial institution not by us.
If you need to cancel your order contact our team right away so we can assist you.
Address Verification
This one matters. For your safety and ours the billing address you enter must match the billing address your bank has on file for your card. If anything is incorrect even something small your order may be delayed or canceled.
Double check your spelling numbers apartment unit or suite details and postal code. If you are not sure what your bank has on file call the number on the back of your card and confirm it.
We verify every transaction to protect our customers and prevent unauthorized use. It is all part of keeping your parts and your wallet safe.
