Flowmaster's Outlaw cat-back for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 with the 2.7L, 3.5L or 5.0L engine. It replaces the exhaust from the catalytic converters back with 3.00-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless tubing, a Super 10 Series muffler and dual 3.00-inch tailpipes, and Flowmaster describes the sound as maximum, inside the truck and out. • Pick your exit. The kit ships with two sets of tailpipe exits: straight out the back under the bumper, or out behind the rear wheels. The rear-wheel exit is the one the brand calls ideal for towing.
• A pair of 4.00-inch black ceramic-coated stainless steel tips finishing the tailpipes, so the part of the exhaust people actually see is done.
• Lifetime Limited Warranty, and all necessary parts and hardware for installation in the box.

Fitment Notes

Fits 2021-2026 Ford F-150, Base and Tremor, with the 2.7L, 3.5L or 5.0L engine. Flowmaster says it fits both 2WD and 4WD. Does not fit F-150 Lightning, Raptor or Raptor R. [VERIFY: cab and bed configuration, and whether the 3.5L coverage includes the PowerBoost hybrid.]

Install and Honest Talk

Flowmaster calls this a bolt-on and says every necessary part and piece of hardware for the install is in the box. It is a cat-back, so the factory exhaust from the catalytic converters back comes off and this goes in its place. Decide before you start which tailpipe exit you want, under the bumper or behind the rear wheels, because both sets come in the kit and you only fit one. What else you need: Flowmaster says all necessary parts and hardware for installation are included. [VERIFY: tools, lift, install time, tune requirement.]

The honest part: maximum sound is Flowmaster's own description, and that includes inside the cab. On a long highway drive you will hear it the whole way, and the passenger will too. If you tow, the behind-the-wheel exit is the one the brand points to, so plan on that setup rather than the under-bumper one. The tips are black ceramic-coated stainless, so match that against whatever finish is already on the truck.

Orders over $99 ship free by ground to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are not included; shipping to those addresses is calculated at checkout. Some oversize or heavy parts (long-tube exhausts, bumpers, full lift kits) go freight instead of parcel: free to a commercial address with a loading dock, and residential freight delivery carries an additional charge.

When it ships

Parts ship direct from the distributor warehouse that stocks them, so dispatch timing depends on the part, not on a single cutoff. You get a confirmation with tracking as soon as it leaves, and tracking shows the delivery estimate for your address. If a part is backordered we email you an expected availability date.

Missing or damaged items

Report a short shipment or shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery. For a packing error, send us the date or package code printed on the label along with the part number so we can trace it with the warehouse.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
