Borla 24-25 Mustang Dark Horse / GT SwitchFire X-Pipe OE Resonator Replacement

This BORLA Hydroformed SwitchFire X-Pipe assembly is designed to replace the Original Equipment (O.E.) resonator. Installation REQUIRES cutting the Original Equipment (O.E.) exhaust. Install it by itself, or combine with other BORLA parts. By using Hydroforming in the manufacturing process we are able to have a lower profile on this part than a conventional SwitchFire X-Pipe. Part is 33.2" Long x 7.1" Wide x 5.5" High. Inlets 2.25” O.D., Outlets 2.5” I.D., Outlets are angled outward slightly. Includes 2) 2.5" clamps. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA'S patented SwitchFire design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. Built from premium T-304 stainless steel, superior to T-400 series (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. If you place your order before 4:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday, your order will be shipped that day. Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship. Approximately 98% of all orders placed leave our warehouses the same day (not including weekends & holidays). Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case you will receive an email with an expected availability date. Once an order has shipped, average Ground transit time is an additional 1 to 3 working days. Missing Items

Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with a date/package code that is on the label with the part number. This is needed to facilitate quality assurance in identification of additional problems.

Free Shipping

Qualifying items receive Free Shipping on orders over $99. Qualifying orders for Free Shipping are shipped via ground delivery. Free Shipping is only applicable to the continental United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please check the product page to see if it qualifies for Free Shipping.

Select products over a certain size or weight may require freight shipping. Freight shipping to commercial addresses with a loading dock are free. Freight shipping to residential addresses will require an additional delivery charge.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
