More info

Mishimoto publishes maximum fifth-pull heat-soak-test gains of 11 WHP with the stock tune and 39 WHP with a performance tune for the MMINT-F150-11 intercooler family, including exact black-finish MPN MMINT-F150-11BK. Mishimoto tested a completely stock 2013 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost on a Dynojet at about 75°F and 50% humidity. The truck ran wide-open throttle to 6,200 RPM for five consecutive pulls with one minute of cooling between pulls. Stock-tune and performance-tune tests compared the fifth pull; first-pull power was similar. The performance tune increased power, boost, and heat. Fuel and transmission/gear are not stated.
